Hopfields opened in 2011 with 42 craft beers from around the world on tap, an emphasis on quality food and a family-friendly atmosphere. The beer, wine and food menus at Hopfields change weekly, and often highlight a new beer perfectly paired with a new dish. Hopfields also offers a diverse selection of wines and well-crafted cocktails.

Hopfields core menu focuses on family recipes that Connie’s grandmother made in Northern France showcasing homemade, scratch cooking. The goal was to incorporate their history and personality into their concept. A very streamlined menu was all they intended to serve, but their customers wanted more. There were requests for a bigger menu with frequent changes. So the beer bar with nice food evolved into a full fledged restaurant! Executive Chef Sam Castrale has influenced the cuisine by elevating Hopfields to a foodie destination. Sam has respected the original menu while incorporating his own ideas and food philosophy into the dishes.
